Our payments will appear on your card statement and bank account as OFS.

Normally recharge transactions are received instantly by the recipient. Occasionally, a short delay may occur. We will always inform you by email of the result of the transaction.

If the mobile recharge was completed, we can’t turn back the transaction. Always check that you enter the correct phone number of the recipient.

If possible, you will be directly refunded. Otherwise, your funds are automatically made available for future recharge transactions.
